Seaweed and Breast

Japanese seaweed is one of the countries with low rates of breast cancer growth. This is related to diet are accustomed to eating seaweed. Seaweed is shown to have health benefits, which according to research at Harvard School of Public Health found that rats fed kelp (a type of seaweed) have a lower breast cancer than mice who did not eat kelp. Therefore, try to consume sea weeds such as kelp or nori or green algae such as spirulina and chlorella (3 grams) per day.
